House Keeping

Overview

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible to conduct cleaning duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to our customers. Qualifications ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to discuss their expectations and to sign the company’s contract.
  • Fulfill obligations based on the package each client selects.
  • Visit homes of clients 1-3 times per week.
  • Provide basic housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning windows, and scouring bathrooms.
  • Work as part of a team for larger homes.
  • Respond to customer complaints or inquiries immediately and report any problems to the supervisor.
  • Notify homeowner of any accidents or problems while rendering service.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience with residential housekeeping.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of cleaning products, implements, and practices.
  • Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
  • Reliable mode of transportation required.
